3 - You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 - You'll include this explanation.
5 - You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.
1. What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to?
If I absolutely had to choose, it would probably be London, England. I've been multiple times, there's always something to see and do, the transport system is pretty easy if you want to navigate it, and it's a great jumping-off point.
I've seen the historical sites and the architectural ones. I've walked the gardens and travelled the streets. I've eaten in the fancy restaurants but also gone to the markets and bought bits and pieces for snacking on. I've watched football amidst a crowd of 60,000+ and voted for an election at an Australian Embassy. I've caught up with friends and met strangers, stopped a theft and walked waaaaaay too many kms trying to get to a bus stop at 11pm on a Thursday night.
Otherwise: Istanbul, Turkey, because it was just that much different to be really intriguing.
2. What’s the tenth photo on your phone?
Me at a friends house petting her dopey-but-adorable black and white boycat back in 2021.
3. What band would you love to see live?
I'm not a Swiftie, but I'd like to see one of her concerts. It seems like a rollicking good time!
4. Have you had many pets in your life?
Define 'many'! We had a family cat when I was a kid, and then I got my own place and I had my own cat. She died about 12 years ago, and I got a couple of cats who are still with me. We have had 8 chooks in the last 6 years, 3 of which are still living. And there have been cats in the broader family over the years (but who I was not responsible for feeding, watering, or changing litter).
5. What are your top three new Star Wars series? (tv, comics, or books)
New? I haven't been all that involved in the new SW franchises, tbh.
Of the SW media I have consumed, I would say the Original Trilogy will always hold my heart. Then the book series by Aaron Allston: 'X-Wing: Wraith Squadron'. Then the 'Rogue One' movie which was perfectly done.
