Family stress again with B1 and stepdad and business.
The issues regarding the business and last time? Still not resolved, and B1 wants me to write up my points about the issue so she can argue it, but...
The things that I can argue come from a well of knowledge, and also a touch of cruelty, both of which B1 lacks. And I'm bad at thinking of fast responses in the moment, and stepdad has a habit of springing things on us and then securing our agreement before we've had time to think twice.
Yes, I've been caught by that - entrapped, really. So I'm not great at firing back in the moment. Also, stepdad is one of those who will run right over you if you hesitate. I can come back with something, but he doesn't listen. But B1 wobbles. Anyone with certainty can override her.
Unfortunately, stepdad is of the "imma punch you to harden you up" school of thought. And, sure, some people fight back. But some people crumple. B1 crumples.
