I have eaten FAR TOO MUCH FOOD lately, including this evening. It's not a case of fat or not-fat, it's a case of eating beyond 80% full...and then past 100% full and now I have indigestion.
(Good one.)
That's not the embarrassing moment. The embarrassing moment was when I was down at the shops to exchange the item we found already opened upon reaching home for a properly sealed one, and someone turned to me and went, "Oh, hello!"
Me: "Hi! Um, I'm sorry, I don't know where we've met."
Her, a little taken aback: "Oh, at the gym."
Me: "I'm so sorry, I don't remember you. But I will look out for you next time."
*sigh* I am not tactful. I'm not tactless - although maybe that was in that instance. But I'm just bad at moments like these.
Also, if it's the gym person I'm thinking of, she was working the desk with her frizzy, full-body hair tied back. Also, I thought she was younger - like, mid-twenties. The woman next to me was at least mid-thirties. IDEK. The thing is that I was puffed and tired at the end of my PT and my trainer had me doing sled pushes which are vicious on the butt and legs and that was the last one, and I didn't look closely at her face and...
I feel very self-conscious now.
Anyway, with the weather in Sydney due to hit 35C, I might be going out boating tomorrow. It's not finalised, mostly because I don't think anyone else is going, so they may not think it's worth it to just go out with one guest. I'm a bit torn between going and not-going, because if not, I could go out to Marrinawi Cove again in the morning - well, I could go out in the morning anyway, I suppose, and come back before departure time, which is usually around 10am...
If not, I might just go out in the middle of the day for a bit, have some lunch in the city, then come home by train. Maybe. Something. IDK.
Maybe I'll just go to the gym in the early morning or something. Do my 1km run and see if I can work up 1.5km.
