MCU. Pacific Rim. BSG. Angel. Even Stargate Atlantis to some degree. (Yes, they're safe on Earth, but what about the Pegasus Galaxy?)

Or maybe it's just the side-effect of loving the characters whom TPTB don't love, or who they think are expendable. *ugly sobbing*
